Although, we are deeply saddened, we are grateful her suffering has ended. She exhibited perseverance and faced her ailment with bravery. If we have learned one thing from Pat, it is to never give up, no matter how difficult the journey may be.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents Anselmo and Catalina Sanchez, her brother Gilbert Sanchez and her sisters Elizabeth Sanchez and Margaret Sanchez. She will also be missed by her uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces and all her cousins and friends
Pat was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She graduated from Riverside High School and was a proud alumnus of Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Patsy was currently employed by Trideum as an accountant. She was a true fan of the “Dallas Cowboys”, “UTEP Miners” and the “Texas Rangers”. We profoundly feel that it’s not a good-bye, it’s a see you later. Whether it be at a ballpark or a concert.
The family would like to especially thank Dr. Jennifer Brown and Dr. Mary Ann Son and OB residents from Texas Tech University and to the nursing staff and physicians in the ICU unit at UMC of El Paso. A special thank you to Marissa Varela (Pat’s Chemo Buddy) for all your love and support.
