Michelle Ann Calcaterra Conelley

Michelle Ann Conelley, born December 1963, a resident of El Paso, TX. passed away Sunday August 2nd at home where she lived with her daughter Ally, son- in- law Jon and the grandchildren she adored, Amarae and Ryan. After graduating from Eastwood high school, where she was a trooperette, Michelle went on to work for the family business at Cowtown Boot Co. Michelle worked side by side with her best friend and sister Trayce and her pop was only an ear shot away. Not a day went by that the entire family did not have lunch together; this was a family ritual and routine. An extreme fan of the Dallas Cowboys she never missed a game. Michelle has an entire room in her house devoted to “her boys”, not to mention a miniature Tony Romo she carried in her purse for luck. The white truck driving down the road with a Dallas Cowboy hood and decals was another expression of her team loyalty. Loyalty ran in her veins, but nothing came before her family. The bond she shared with her family was unbreakable and rare, one to be admired. The amazing daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend will be deeply missed but the lifelong memories she left with us will forever be remembered. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph Calcaterra and Leona Calcaterra, Phillip Butler and Eunice Butler. Michelle is survived by her daughter and love of her life, Ally her husband Jon and two grandchildren Amarae and Ryan. She is also survived by her parents, Joseph Calcaterra Jr. and Phyllis Calcaterra. Survived by her brother Joseph Calcaterra III and his family, wife Laura and children Hope, Joseph IV and Jaxon, sisters, Debbie Akers and her family, children Jessie, Mick and Fallon, Trayce Hatton and her family, husband David and children Nicole and Phillip. She is also survived by her great nieces Keagan and Alyssa Akers. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Public) on Thursday, August 6 2015 at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza Rd. El Paso, Texas 79936. Chapel Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Crestview Funeral Home. Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 2015 at Evergreen East Cemetery.
