Maria U. Perez, 82 passed away peacefully Friday, June 18, 2010. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Manuel “Papa Menny” Perez and sons Arturo, Luis, Chavita and Ramon. She is survived by her daughters Maria G. L. Perez and fiancé Ray Moreno, Bertha Perez, Maria Tena, Ma Lourdes and husband Felipe Ramirez and Margarita and husband Jesus Gomez, grandchildren Valerie, Elizabeth, David, Joe, Luis, Alfredo, Ramon, Nelly, Rocio, Jesus, Jaime, Claudia, Arturo, and Francisco, great-grandchildren 18, siblings Miguel, Rosalio and Teresa , Maria de Jesus and her beloved pet “Chico”. Mamaria was a kindhearted, and a loving angel to her family and anyone she would meet. She was a devoted catholic member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and part of the OSSM. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, June 21st with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home East. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 22nd at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with Interment at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
