Maria Socorro Saenz Gonzalez, 93, born February 14, 1929, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on June 19, 2022.

She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Leopoldo and her children Laura, Carmen and Polo Jr. Also survived by son-in-law Gilbert, daughter-in-law Terry and grandchildren Michael and Cori, Lisa Marie, Dominique and Gabrielle.

Our thanks and gratitude to all the caring and compassionate staff at Hospice El Paso, especially Xochi. And a special thank you to Dr. Carlos Remirez for all the years of care.

A visitation for Maria will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903, with Vigil at 6:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be 9:30 AM Wednesday, June 29, at St. Paul Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79915.
