Memorial service for Manuel will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home located on 1060 N. Carolina El Paso, TX 79907. She will also be having a service February 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church located on 131 S. Zaragoza El Paso, TX 79907 followed by her burial at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel cemetery located on 401 S. Zaragoza El Paso,TX 79907
