Luis Miranda

Left to cherish his memory is sons: Mario Miranda, Robert Miranda, Andres Miranda and Luis Miranda Jr. Daughters: Socorro Banda, and Paula Ann Figueroa; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. One brother: Robert Ponce.

He was a proud graduate of Bowie High School. He was a member of the 82D Airborne Division and a UTEP graduate. He worked with the US Postal service until his retirement.

The Miranda Family will receive friends and relatives on Monday, January 21, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Martin East. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11:30 am at St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Catholic Parish. Interment will immediately follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
