Luis is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Lopez; his daughter Carina Ann Lopez; his son Thomas Christopher Lopez; and his son Andres David Lopez; his mother Estela P. Lopez.

He is also survived by extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.

A visitation for Luis will be held Monday, March 6, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A eulogy will occur Monday, March 6, 2023 at 5:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 6, 2023 at 6:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915.
