Lorraine K. Mullins, 87, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Born in Neversdale, KY and was the daughter of David and Edna Meece Wallen. She is preceded in death by her husband, SFC Lynn C. Mullins, USA (Ret.) Survived by her daughters, Linda Dotson (Calvin) and MaryAnn Powers(John B.). Sons, James Michael Mullins (Kaye) and Lynn C. Mullins(Elizabeth), Jr. 9 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren. Remembrance of Life will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Central. Memorial graveside service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
