Juan Moreno

Juan Moreno passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021. He was a longtime resident of El Paso, Mr. Moreno was a retired Master Sergeant of the U. S. Army, having served 24 years. He continued to serve as a Physical Education teacher and coach in the Socorro Independent School District for 24 years, 23 of those years at Clarke Middle School. He stayed active by volunteering at Slider Middle School for 3 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 36. He is proceeded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, and daughter Veronica Moreno. He will be greatly missed by; wife Kathleen, daughter Valarie Moreno, son John Moreno, 6 grandchildren, and a great-grandchild, his sister Mary Herrera.
