In loving memory of Jose Alfredo Holguin, lovingly called Fred by those who knew him best. At age 66, Fred passed away on November 30, 2023, surrounded by family. He leaves behind his devoted mother, Dora Holguin, and his siblings: Gilbert Holguin Jr., Patricia Salazar, Thomas Holguin, David Holguin, and Lisa Herriot, along with many nieces and nephews. Having retired from El Paso Water Utilities, Fred had an unmatched passion for life, especially his deep love for nature and animals. For Fred, places like Costa Rica, Los Mochis,Dallas, and the Grand Canyon were more than destinations—they were where he painted precious memories during family hikes and adventures. Honoring Fred's wish for cremation, let's remember and celebrate the lively spirit that touched the lives of everyone he met.
