Jesus "Chuy" Manuel Garcia, 68, was called to the Lord's home on Sunday, June 18, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Socorro Garcia; daughters: Yvonne M. Garcia, Rosemary Garcia-Bernal (Samuel), Irene Navarro (Arturo); Son, David Garcia (Jessica) and nine grandchildren. Jesus was a true example of what the United States Navy is about, "Honor, Courage and Commitment ". A loving, devoted and committed husband, father, grandfather and friend. He lived an honorable life and had always worked hard to provide for his family. He was greatly loved and will be missed. "Fair Winds and Following Seas". Visitation Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with Vigil Service at 7:00pm at Crestview Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Friday, June 23, 2017 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church at 9:00am. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
