Janie Escamilla, beloved wife, mother and grandmother is now resting in the arms of Jesus Christ, having passed away on September 7, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Tx. She is survived by her husband, Jaime Escamilla, sons, Jaime Jr, Timothy, daughters Liz and Abby. Grandchildren Josian, Ethan, Ella and Noa.
Janie was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ in August 1974 and had a passion for Gospel, Praise and Worship music. She had immense joy in working in a Christian Academy as a computer teacher.
She took great pride rearing her boys to serve the Lord Jesus.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 9:00AM. Funeral service will be at 10AM, with Pastor Isaac Quijas presiding at Iglesia Betesda, 11840 Gateway East. Burial Ceremony will be 1:30PM at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 E. Montana Ave., El Paso, TX 79938.
