Francisco is survived by his wife, Patricia Gallegos; his son Jose Gallegos; his son Franky Gallegos; his son nephew Rafael Garcia; and his daughter niece Diana Garcia; his mother Maria Elena Gallegos and his father Francisco Gallegos; his sister Josefina Gallegos, his brother Lorena Gallegos, his brother Antonio Gallegos, his brother Enrique Gallegos, his brother Rodolfo Gallegos, his sister Erika De Leon, his sister Nena Gallegos, his brother Eduardo Gallegos and his brother Nicolas Gallegos.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Drive, El Paso, TX 79936. A prayer service will occur Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. A graveside service will occur Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
