RIP TIA KIKA QUE DIOS LA TENGA EN SU SANTA GLORIA. 

Tia Quica, there’s so many amazing moments I can share that would portray the type of person you were to me growing up, but they only gave me 2000 characters to write.
Some of those moments included all of our Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations, but my absolute favorite was Halloween. You would pile us into the station wagon with costumes and Goldblatt’s bags to go from one end of the block to the next while you sat in the car and waited for us to Trick or Treat. I will never forget how you made both of my crowns for the first big day in my life, my Quincenera, to the next biggest day in my life, my wedding. I also remember you being an octopus smoking cigarettes, crocheting, making capias, wedding bouquets, cooking, and being on the phone checking on your senior citizens all at once. You were able to multitask like no other human could. Thanks to you, I learned to be crafty and had the privilege to pass that down to my daughters.  You had a big heart for animals but especially your dogs and birds. You made sure everyone was always in good spirits with your jokes, some of which I can’t repeat. You welcomed anyone into your home with so much generosity.  Thank you for the good times, the fond memories, and say hi to Tia Angelica, and my Abuelita and Abuelito.

Tia Quica thank you for your creative mind.   Growing up when I  walked into your home, I truly thought you owned a store.  You were always creating and working on a project for someone.  Your joyful spirit and laughter.....so infectious!    The wonderful memories our families built the times we traveled to see Abuelita Monica in different vehicles, but somehow we still managed to follow each other. “How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard...”

Aye mi ama, como la voy a extrañar. I have so many memories with her. I will miss  her 21 questions about everything. The times we would go to the store and she swore up and down that she knew this person and that person.  Trust me when I tell you she would ask them.  My grandma was a dr. My poor son spent a day with a broken arm just cause my grandma said it wasn't broken even with a cast on she said it wasn't broken.. That lady was something else and I miss her 😢 rest in paradise ama con su familia mi tia, mi abuelita y mi abuelito. 

To know Mami Quica was to love her! 
I will forever miss her. She was so funny! My favorite memory is taking a 23 hr drive across the country. That was definitely an experience! My  grandparents love was something that only happen once in a lifetime , it’s something out of a novel. I’ll miss her spunky personality.  Until we meet again grandma! I hope you’ll be waiting for me when the time comes. 

Ay mami I love you so much. I will miss you so much. I will miss our talks on the bed and you always asking me if I was hungry. You are a big part of the person I am today! Life will not be the same without you! I know you’re happy in heaven please watch over us. You always told me I was protected from my guardian Angel and now you are among them. I love you.

My deepest condolences to Mr. Fernando Vargas and family. Francisca was very loving and caring. She was also a great cook.  I grew up with Rosa and Martha in Chicago.  My prayers in your time of grief.

My sincere condolences to her husband Fernando and her entire family.  She was one of the sweetest ladies that I remember from my childhood. She was one of my only visitors while I was in LaRabida for two months with Rhematic a fever. She was  a very kind, loving and, , compassionate woman.. she was my First Communion Godmother. 
She is now celebrating with her celestial 
Family.
