Elsie Mae Buck

Elsie Smith Buck passed to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on September 23, 2016. She was born August 18, 1930 in Panama City, Panama to Peter and Vera Smith. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, The Reverend William Max Buck and her son Andrew Glenn. Elsie is survived by sons, Stephen Max (Pamela), of El Paso and James Ramsey (Paula) of Fort Worth, Texas She was a proud grandmother of Jeanell Buck, Thomas Buck, Charles Buck, Amanda Buck, Ryan Buck, Lauren Buck, and Alex Buck. She was also the great grandmother of Elena Butterfield, Timothy Butterfield, Stephen Buck II, Matthew Buck, Zaylie Buck, and William Buck. Elsie received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas Christian University with a Masters from UTEP. She was a member of The Church at El Paso for 40 years and retired as a school teacher from Irvin High School. Visitation from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at F.D.A. Martin East, 1460 George Dieter, Graveside Service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2016 followed by interment at Evergreen East Cemetery, on Montana. Services entrusted to F.D.A.
