Edward Mariscal, 64, was born on December 01, 1958, of El Paso, Texas, to his parents Joe and Cora Mariscal. He grew up in El Paso and attended Andres High School. Edward sadly left us on July 28, 2023.
Edward will be greatly missed for his silly sense of humor and the kindness he showed to all. He loved to love on people. He treasured his daughters, grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. He had a vivacious personality and always made people around him laugh. He made friends everywhere he went.
For many years Edward worked for the Ysleta Independent school district in El Paso. It suited his servant heart. He was kind and always helped others in some way or form. His life was a living example of a Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 — “And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”
Edward is survived by his brothers Roberto Mariscal and Tony Mariscal; daughters, Melissa Mariscal and Daisy Mariscal; grandchildren, Chanel Munoz, Raymond Munoz, Janine Mariscal, Alberto Barrios Jr., Jayden Barrios and Ethan Barrios; sister-in-law, Elsa Mariscal; nephews, Bobby Mariscal Randy Mariscal and Amy Mariscal; son-in-law, Alberto Barrios. All of these he loved and touched deeply.
Everyone who knew and loved him is welcome to pay respects during his funeral service.
