Daniel G. Tarango, 89, died peacefully on June 14th, 2018, surrounded by his loving wife, children and grandchildren. God called home a good man. A lifelong resident of El Paso and founder of Tarango Plumbing Co., now run by his son and grandsons; he was loving, selfless and hardworking. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luz and Trinidad Tarango; brother, Santiago Tarango, two sisters, Juanita Minjarez and Lydia Moreno; and two sons, Daniel and Freddie Tarango. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Aurora, and six children: Sister Yolanda Tarango CCVI, Danny (Gloria) Tarango, Irene (Manny) Baeza, Elida (Abraham) Saenz, David Tarango, Doreen Tarango; eleven grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by five sisters; Antonia Moreno, Eusebia Dominguez, Mague Cordero, Fina Lerma, and Aurora Herrera.
Visitation will be held on Sunday June 17, 2018 at Martin Funeral Home East. Visitation from 5:00 – 9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm
Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Catholic Church Mission on Monday June 18, 2018 at 10:00am.
