Danny Gutierrez was a man of principals and integrity. Above all he was a man of God. He loved God. He was a loving husband, amazing grandfather and father, a great brother, neighbor and friend. Raised in Puebla , México he rose out of poverty to attain the American Dream. He was a very hard working man who was always looking for a better way to support his family. His mind never stopped working. He was a Dreamer and always believed in achieving goals. It was in Santa Ana, California where Danny resided and met his beautiful wife and longtime companion Lucia I Gutierrez. They married in 1978 and had 3 children.
He was a local donor to the St Jude foundation. Danny was a blessing to all who he knew him. He will be remembered for his generosity, kindness and his loving soul. You leave us saddened for our loss but with countless memories of smiles and laughter
Danny is survived by his spouse, Lucia I Gutierrez; his son Gilberto Gutierrez (Patricia); his daughter Daisy Melendez (Bryan); and his son Adan Gutierrez; his sister Coty Gutierrez and his sister Leminosa Gutierrez; his grandson Anthony Gutierrez, his granddaughter Victoria Gutierrez, his grandson Joshua Marquez, his granddaughter Kaylee Melendez, his grandson Isaac Sanchez, his granddaughter Svetlana Melendez, his granddaughter Jocelyn Melendez, his grandson Vincent Gutierrez, his great granddaughter Arabella Marquez and his great grandson Mason Flores.
Danny was preceded in death by his mother Modesta Z Gutierrez and his father Pablo F Gutierrez.
A visitation for Danny will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with prayer service at 6:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Funeral service will follow on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Central. Committal service will follow at 1:30 PM at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 Montana Ave. El Paso, TX 79938.
