He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Cordova, Sr. and Cuca Cordova.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia, Son Daniel David Cordova, Jr. (Vanessa), Brother Gilbert Cordova, Jr. (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and special friends.
Daniel attended St. Patrick School and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1970. Recently attended his 50th Alumni class reunion at Cathedral.
He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1973 to 1976. He was stationed in San Diego and Japan.
He spent most of his career life working at White Sands Missile Range as a security guard and retired in 2008.

A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM at St Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N Mesa, El Paso, Texas 79902. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
