Carolina Frietze Mora

Lina is preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years, Ronaldo “Chuy” Mora and son Xavier Mora.

Survived by her brother Louis Frietze, and her children, Ron Mora (Joyce), Anita Uribe (Arturo), Rachel Viramontes (Paul), Arcy Barber (Mike), George Mora (Patricia), Eddie Mora (Hattie), Patsy Delgado (Bobby), Esther Frietze Williams (David), and her 25 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Lina was a devout Catholic and active parishioner at St. Joseph and St. Luke churches, and always kept her family and friends in prayer. She enjoyed spending time at the Memorial Park Senior Citizen Center playing cards with friends. At home she loved crocheting, hosting family and friends, and tending to her many plants.

A special thanks to her devoted caretakers Francis and Lita. Your love, grace and friendship will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with Rosary at 7:00pm at Martin Funeral Home West. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at St. Luke Catholic Church, officiated by Father Joe Molina. Interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
