Carlos is survived by his esposa, Sylvia Lazo; his hijo Karlos Lazo; and his hijo Justin Lazo; his hermana 1 and his hermano 1; his nietos 2.

A visitación for Carlos will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936, followed by a servicio memorial at 1:00 PM.
