Ed was the former store manager for JC Penney and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Fredrica Neihaus.
Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Debbie Jones; two sons, Brandon Jones, Andrew Jones; two daughters, Kristen Jones, Samantha Jones; four grandchildren, Ariel Jones, Taylor Jones, Lillian “Lilly” Jones, Carter Murphy all of El Dorado; two brothers, Jason Jones, Eric Jones both of Wichita Falls, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
