Mrs. Stinson was born in Wesson, AR on December 6, 1929 to James F. Foster and Jessie Allen Foster. She was a graduate of Parkers Chapel High School. Charlotte worked as a bookkeeper for John Stinson Construction Co. She was a lifetime member of First Assembly of God El Dorado and was a member of the Senior Saints class at Parkers Chapel Baptist Church. Most of all she was a loving mother, wife and grandmother.
Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband of 54 years, John W. Stinson; sisters, Janie Foster and Carol Porter; brothers, Doyan Foster and J.W. Foster; a bonus brother, Bennie Taylor; a bonus mother, Exie Mae Foster and a bonus granddaughter, Erin Bradham.
Survivors include her two daughters, Linda Faulkner (Jerry) of El Dorado and Joanie Bush (David) of Stuttgart; two grandchildren, Natalie Atkinson (Matthew) of Fayetteville and Jonathan Bush of St. Cloud, FL; a great-granddaughter, Aubree Atkinson. Bonus grandchildren, David Faulkner (Debra) of El Dorado and their son Bryce (Malorie), Shane Faulkner of El Dorado and his son, Jaccoby (Amanda) and Jason Faulkner (Sheena) of Little Rock and their son, Carter. She is also survived by her brothers, Alvie Foster of Ball, LA and David Foster of El Dorado and a bonus sister, Jeanette Walker (Gerald) of Cabot.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 1, 2015 in Young's Chapel with Dr. David Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
Visitation will be from 1:30-2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Courtyard Health and Rehabilitation, and Dr. Scott and Kay Hardin and their staff for the loving care provided Mrs. Stinson.
