Bobbie Nell Farrar

Born October 22, 1942 in El Dorado, Arkansas; she was the daughter of Vigil L. and Dessie D. Harbour. Bobbie worked for United Insurance Agency and was an administrative assistant in the Union County Clerk Court office. Bobbie volunteered for Operation Christmas Child and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years Doug Farrar of El Dorado; daughter Sharlane Dumas Adams (James) of Calhoun, LA; grandson, Wesley Adams (Nicki) of West Monroe, LA; granddaughter Kayla Pilcher (Austin) of West Monroe, LA; six great grandchildren, Rainy, Daisy, Addison, Amelia, Henry and Evelyn; sister Tammy Larkin (Mike) of Camden, AR; brother Marty Harbour; brother-in-law Billy Bruce Farrar of Lillie, LA; special friends Jo Husky of El Dorado and Beth Woods of El Dorado. Cousins: Norma Sones, Laverne Johnson, Barbara Harber, Paula Vines, Pete Lowrey, Billy G. Lowrey, Danny Lowrey, Vella Griffen, Thomas Bridges; Maurice, Curtis, Doyce, Royce, Kenny Ray, Cindy and Steve Bridges; Patsy Sullivan, Patricia Johnson, Jackie Bridges; Glenda Peltier, Donita Wilson, David Hill; Ruthie Morgan, Larry Faulkner, Kathy Clemmens, Wanda McKinsey and Sonja Cagle. She loved her family very much.

Services will be held at Young’s Chapel, 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 15, 2018 with Bro. Jimmy Meeks officiating.

Visitation will be10:00 – 11:00 A.M., Monday, January 15th at Young’s Funeral Directors. In El Dorado, Arkansas.
