He grew up with his mother Lavon R. LeBoeuf and father Lovencie A. LeBoeuf, grandmother Belle H. Barton, and two sisters Deborah R. LeBoeuf and Dianna (Lynn) Plummer. Randy found his love for cars and building things at an early age. He loved taking his toys apart and putting them back together to just see how they work. He started his career in construction when he got out of high school. He was a perfectionist at his craft, and it came natural to him. He also loved to build pieces of furniture. His other love was rebuilding cars. His dream car was a Shelby Mustang GTO. He built his dream car. One of his most enjoyed projects was building a dune buggy from scratch with his father. They worked on this together often getting parts together and painting it together. Randy loved life and lived it from a moment-to-moment time. Another special thing about Randy was his heart and compassion for people. He would give a person the shirt off his back. He helped many people that needed a safe place to stay or a meal. His heart was amazing. Randy loved life and lived it his way. He said, “I would never change a thing!”
Celebration of Life is being planned.
