Ghareeba is survived by her son Sameer Azzo Dawood; her daughter Sameera; her daughter Juliet Dawood; her daughter Yazi; her daughter Saana Azzo Dawood; her son Amer Azzo Dawood; and her son Roni Gozal.

Ghareeba was preceded in death by her son Saad Azzo Dawood and her son Mazin.

A funeral service for Ghareeba will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Michael Chaldean Catholic Church, 799 East Washington Avenue, #5327, El Cajon, CA 92020. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Drive, San Diego, CA 92102.
