Samantha was a gentle soul who found the joy in the little things in life. She loved feeding the bunnies in the courtyard of her apartment, and even named her favourite bunny “Jazz.” She also loved drawing pictures of animals, singing, and going on walks around her neighbourhood – as she was fiercely independent. Samantha cherished her relationships with her mother: Diane Hesse, sister: Christine O’Brien, and her dogs: Zeus and Mini.
Samantha was very grateful for what she had in life, including her beautiful studio apartment downtown. Samantha was also very thankful for her job at hiregood, and she will dearly missed by all the employees there.
Samantha’s desire to keep a positive attitude even in times of hardship was admirable, as she had grown into a mature and loving young woman. She is reunited in heaven with her beloved pets: Bugzy, Sonny, and Cher – along with all her other loved ones who have previously passed on.
A funeral service to celebrate Samantha’s life will be held on December 20th. If you would like to make a donation on her behalf please make it out to Boyle Street Community Services at the following link: https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=E920342QE&id=2&t=637740504956863346 (in the donation notes please write: “Samantha O’Brien, hire good”)
