Jon is survived by the loves of his life, his daughter, Hayley Kuly, his son, Chase McLean and his loving life partner, Jodi McLean. He also leaves to mourn, his mom and dad, Olga and Jim McLean, of Edmonton, his father, Richard Hajkowicz of Kelowna, many aunts, uncles, cousins, the McLean and Povey families and a host of friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, NW, Edmonton, AB.
In lieu of floral tributes, donations in memory of Jon may be made to a trust fund established for his children, Hayley and Chase at any TD Canada Trust.
