On January 24, 2018 James passed away in St. Albert, AB after battling multiple ailments.
Born in Edmonton, AB, James and Violet Stewart lived most of his life in Edmonton, AB
James loved spending his time telling silly stories and playing with his grandchildren at he park until his health declined.
Left to Cherish his memories are his wife of 60 years Violet, His children Noreen, Frank and Andrew, Grandchildren, Lisa, Amanda (Brad), Jessica, Robert, Samantha, Marissa and Coralie, his two Sisters Maureen and Donna (predeceased Wayne) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
James was preceded in death by his parents, James and Helen, his brother Jack, Sister Sheila, Sons Robert and James and granddaughter Christian.
As per James wishes, a small grave site service will be held at 2 pm on January 31, 2018 at Northern lights cemetery followed by a celebration of life at Violet's home.
