It is with profound sadness and a deep sense of loss that we announce the passing of James Michael (Mike) Reynolds of Beaumont, Alberta on Monday, August 31, 2020 at the age of 50. Mike is lovingly remembered by his wife Shauna (Melnichuk), sons Cole and Owen, parents Jim and Virginia (Ginny) Reynolds of Edmonton, brother Rob (Janet), nieces Claire and Lauren Reynolds of Calgary, his parents-in-law Dave and Barb Melnichuk of Devon and extended family and friends throughout Canada. Mike will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his family and his many friends, especially those from the drag racing community. Mike was a dynamic person with a huge heart who gave generously of his time and energy to his family, friends and his community. He helped coach his sons’ soccer teams and was substantially involved in the running of the annual Beaumont Soap Box Derby for the last several years.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions funeral attendance is limited.

The family would like to thank the staff of Shepherd’s Care Millwoods for their care of Mike during his stay there.
