Howard is survived by his son, Christopher (Krystal) and grandson Parker, sister Kimlaine and numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, great-grandnephews, great-grandnieces and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, Gin Own Tom; mother, Yuen (Lois) Tom; sister, Kam Yu; nephew, Joey Yu and brother-in-law, James Fong.
Howard was part of the team that brought the Golden Arches - McDonalds - to Edmonton in the 1970’s. He will be remembered as being passionate about golf and billiards.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 26, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Hainstock's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9810 34 Ave Edmonton, AB.
