A woman who always exuded poise, Eileen was known for her kind and generous spirit, and left an impression wherever she went. She enjoyed baking, playing the piano, gardening, singing and traveling. She especially loved cruising Panama Canal and the Mediterranean Sea, and often visited her family in the United States.
Family was of the utmost importance to Eileen. During the last few years of her life, she rarely missed a Sunday video call with her family. She was known for her sound advice for young and old alike, and was always willing to lend a listening ear and offer invaluable wisdom to last a lifetime. Eileen was a true matriarch who will be missed by many.
