Edgar Horst Knobloch

Edgar will be lovingly remembered by his daughters: Janette (Bob) and Tanya (Scott), grandchildren: Amy (Brad), Melissa (Cliff), Kyle, Sarah, Dana, Luke and Mya, great grandchildren: Hailey, Riley, Zachary, KJ and Brielle and the many friends he made during his life.Edgar was predeceased by his wife Gisela, his grandson Jonathan, his parents Edgar and Else and his brother Manfred.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Edgar’s memory to the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation or the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation.

A Funeral Service will be held at Memories Funeral Home 13403 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm, those wishing to pay their respects may do so one hour prior to the service.

Memories Funeral Home and Crematorium is participating in Alberta’s restrictions exemption program. All individuals attending the funeral service must provide one of the following:

1) COVID-19 proof of vaccination & Identification showing name & date of birth

2) Medical exemption letter & Identification showing name & date of birth

3) Proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours of attendance at the funeral home & Identification showing name & date of birth.
