Dave will be sorely missed.  I remember when we were kids & he lived in Clinton.  Since we shared the same birthdate, we had a couple of birthday celebrations together.  I always felt a closeness with him even though we didn't get to see each other very often.  I know that God has rejoined him with Aunt Bev, Marilyn & Robert.  Glad we got to see him at the reunion a couple of years ago.  We just don't get together enough throughout the year even though we all have best intentions to do so. Good close friends are hard to come by and I am so thankful that I had that with you these last few years we had lots of fun and laughs.   I got to meet your boys yesterday and I see now why you were so proud of them.  I well miss you!!  Prayers go out to your family.

Dave has joned Marilyn in a happier place where everything is perfect. May their love and memories comfort their families and friends. We were lucky enough to have them in our family. Miss both of you, you left way too soon.

We were shocked and saddened by the news of David's passing. Once again that old adage about don't put off until tomorrow what you should have done today has attacked. I should have gone to Oklahoma to see him when I had the chance. Even though over the years I hadn't seen much of him, I can still look back and remember the wonderful times we had as boys back in Iowa. He was a wonderful person and will be missed by all of us. Our hearts go out to his family and our prayers are with them.

I was shocked and saddened by the news of David's sudden passing. We never expect these things to happen to someone still so young and there are no words good enough to say how sorry I am. I really enjoyed seeing David when he was here for the family reunion in 2007.  I always think of the times when he and Aunt Bev came out to see us when we lived on the farm and of the time that David stayed with us then for a while.  So many years ago... The years fly by so fast when we are all busy with our lives and live so far apart. Losing a loved one so suddenly is a terrible shock and pain for the family but I am so very glad that David was out with family and friends having a good time at the end of his life.  My heart goes out to all of those who loved him and  I am thinking of all of you and praying that you will find comfort and peace in the knowledge that David did not suffer and that he is now in God's hands, and he will always be in your hearts. Sorry to hear about David. We haven't seen enough of each other in the past years, life gets in the way of keeping in touch sometimes. But I remember Bev and David coming out the the farm, when we lived south of Dewitt. We had fun playing together in the country, in the dirt, with our tractors and trucks. I am glad David had some good years at the close, spending time in Singapore and seeing family, and ended life quietly having fun with friends. Thinking of you all. Dean & Pat Traver
