Betsy was predeceased by her parents, John and Janet Richards; and nephew, Michael Puzio.
She is survived by her sisters, Chloe Puzio, Janet Richards, both of East Stroudsburg; brother, Seth Richards of Colorado; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, a great-great nephew and many cousins.
Betsy always remembered everyone’s birthday and loved traveling to visit family. She was a member of Quiet Valley where she made friends and was introduced to weaving which became a lifelong passion. The Pennsylvania Farm Show, animals, horse racing, sports- especially Penn State Football, were passions as well. She also loved winning the Nerts Card game, mini-golf and pool (she was a shark). Everyone will miss Betsy’s unwavering childlike spirit.
