Dr. Dyer was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late William Carl Dyer, Sr. and Mary Louise Jones Dyer.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Dyer.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years Patti Dyer; brother, William “Carl” (Mabel) Dyer, Jr., MD of Chattanooga, TN; son, Robert Lasater Dyer, Jr. of Alcoa, TN; step-son, Shawn Alan (Afton) Davis of Green River WY; grandchildren, Taylor Dyer of Knoxville, TN, Julian Eve Davis and Abram Michael Davis, both of Green River, WY.
There will be no service or visitation.
