Marjorie Ann Ellisor, 81, of East Ridge died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at her home. She was born September 25, 1931 in East Ridge a daughter of the late Arthur Frank May and Margaret Delilah Dearing May. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Raymond F. Ellisor, Sr., daughter Margaret Sue Mealor Mumea, granddaughters Melinda Mae Mealor Call and Valerie Ann Phillips and three brothers Bill May, Tom May and Jim May.
She was a 1950 graduate of Central High School and was a member of Honestville Baptist Church.
Survivors include children Gary Lee (Dixie) Strange, Joyce Denise Pulliam and Charles Edward (Melissa) Ellisor, 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2:30pm Monday, March 25, 2013 in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 Sunday evening at the funeral home.
