Harold was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. He was employed with the City of Chattanooga as a heavy equipment operator.
Harold was preceded in death by his first wife, Sue Butler, parents, Benjamin Harrison and Margaret Beatrice Butler, and a sister, Mary Lou Wilkins.
Left behind to cherish Harold’s memory are his wife of 27 years, Mildred Gunn Butler, son, Kenneth Crabtree, brother, Henry Butler, sister, Nell Jo King, granddaughter, Jennifer Shalkowski, and 3 great-grandchildren
A private family graveside service will be held in the Lakewood Memory Gardens East with Bro. Ron Perry officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be Rick Millard, Phil Delay, Tim Alexander, David Butler, Larry Grant, and David Chrisco.
A memorial service celebrating Harold’s life will be held at a later date once the pandemic has lifted.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Harold's memory to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37416
