We celebrate the life of George Rogers. George went to be with the Lord on Dec. 27, 2024. George was an Air Force Veteran during the Korean war, a devoted husband, father, and member of Silverdale Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife Janet, his son Rick (Ragan) and daughter Janet Lynn (Jamey) and grandchildren Madison, Jaggerd, Miley, Laura Beth, JB, Abbie, Stephen. Also, his brother Kenneth (Doris) nephews Kenny, Richard, Steaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents John Rogers and Margie Burton. His brothers John and Bill.
He was a respected leader and part of the East Ridge Community for over 60 years. He was a Sunday school teacher, loved the Lord and his family. He is remembered as sweet, loving, and a bit mischievous!
Private graveside service will be at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
