Throughout her life, Glenna dedicated herself to her family and her work. Glenna was also a proud homemaker, nurturing and caring for her family with love and dedication. She served as a Girl Scout Leader, a classroom Room Mother, and rarely, if ever, missed a band concert or gymnastics meet.
An avid reader, Glenna found joy in books, constantly expanding her knowledge and enjoying the worlds they opened to her. She shared a special bond with her husband, Perry, and together, they found adventure and joy canoeing rivers throughout the midwest and south, and riding motorcycles through every state in the continental U.S. and nine Provinces of Canada, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
Glenna was a very dedicated member of the Pythian Sisters, where she proudly served as Past Chief of Sunbeam Temple of Pythian Sisters in Pekin, Past Grand Chief of Pythian Sisters of Illinois and Past Supreme Representative of Pythian Sisters from the State of Illinois. She was, also, a former member and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Clover Leaf Chapter. She forged deep and lasting friendships that enriched her life in all of these organizations.
Glenna was a member of Morton Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
