Debra L Humphrey

She was born May 11, 1952 in Peoria to Roy and Norma (Derby) Whittles. She married Jim Humphrey and he passed away May 19, 2011 in Washington. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a grandmother, Elsie Derby Short, one infant child, one brother, Roy Whittles, Jr., one sister, Cheryl Whittles, and one niece, Brandy Smock.

Survivors include one daughter, Misty Humphrey of Washington, one brother, Randy (Jeanette) Whittles of Pekin, two sisters: Tracey (Kevin) Moody of Washington, Kelley (Tommy) Price of East Peoria, and one granddaughter, Stormie Routley of Washington.

Debra worked for the Peoria Housing Authority for several years.

Funeral services will be Friday September 13, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
