Born September 9, 1934 in Tacoma Park, Maryland to Emmett and Margaret Williams, passed away October 17, 2011 at the age of 77. Wayne earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Michigan State University, in 1961. He spent half of his adult life as a social worker and the last 20 years driving a school bus. Mr. and Mrs. Williams return to the Okemos and East Lansing area in August of 2011. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dee; daughters DeeAnn (Charles) Visk of California, JuliAnn (Alan) Jordan of Russia, Wendy (Charlie) Gazon of Nebraska and Rebecca Williams of Norway; 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 18, at 1:30 p.m. at Martin Luther Chapel, 444 Abbot Rd, East Lansing, MI 48823.
