Mr. Michael J. Wilkinson, of Haslett, MI, died quietly at home under hospice care on March 25, 2022 at the age of 68. Michael was born March 9, 1954 and was adopted by his parents Jack and Helen Wilkinson.
He attended Alpena public schools and received his bachelors degree from Northern Michigan University. In 1980 Michael married his high school sweetheart and they had two sons. He worked for 32 years at WLNS-TV6 as a TV engineer. Some things Michael loved to do was sailing, scuba diving, hunting, and fishing. He was also involved in his children's sports teams.
Michael is preceded in death by his mother Helen and his father Jack.
Michael will be loved and missed by his surviving wife, Celeste and his son's, Justin and David.
Flowers and condolences may be sent to 6490 Green Rd Haslett, MI 48840. A Mass will be held at St. Martha's Catholic Church of Okemos, Michigan. Internment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery of Alpena, MI.
