John M. Valenti

John M. Valenti, 69, of East Hartford, loving husband of Julie (Hagen) Valenti, died Sunday, June 30, 2013 in East Hartford. Born in Manchester on July 5, 1943, a son of the late Joseph and Jeanette (Tripp) Valenti, John resided in East Hartford for most of his life. Prior to his retirement he was employed at Cellu-Tissue, East Hartford for forty years. Besides his beloved wife, John is survived by two sons, Christopher Valenti and his girlfriend Jocelyn Perez of Plainville, and Michael Valenti of East Hartford; three brothers, Joseph Valenti of East Hartford, James Valenti and his wife Cheryl of Florida, and Jeffery Valenti and his wife Maggie of Tennessee; two sisters, Judith Rudzki of Glastonbury, and Joanne Toce and her husband Dino of East Hartford; as well as a granddaughter, Sofia. John also leaves a special aunt, Angie Bycholski of Florida.

A memorial funeral service will be Friday (July 5) at 11 a.m. at the D'Esopo-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford. Burial will be private.
