Jessica Gail Hernandez-Ramirez

Jessica was born on March 19, 1979 in Cumberland County, NC to the Jessie Thomas Moore I, and Sharon Gail Matthews.

Jessica was a 1996 graduate of Cape Fear High School. Jessica was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She loved the mountains and the beach. Jessica was the co-owner of The Corner Grill in Eastover working side by side her family for many years until her illness.

She was preceded in death by her father Jessie Thomas Moore I; her maternal grandparents Billy Turner Matthews and Della Mae Matthews; brother-in-law William Del Walters.

Her husband, Jose Manuel Hernandez-Ramirez; her daughter Natalie Hope Hernandez-Ramirez; her son Nathaniel Thomas Hernandez-Ramirez; all of Eastover, NC; her mother Sharon Gail Matthews Moore, of Stedman, NC; her sister Jennifer Renae Walters (Ronald Craig McLaurin), of Eastover, NC; her brother Jessie Thomas “Junior” Moore, II (Jennifer Renee Stanley) of Eastover, NC; survives Jessica.

A host of extended family and friends also survives her.

Family and friends will gather on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Lebanon Baptist Church in Eastover.

Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Lebanon Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Woolbright and Rev. Casey Welker officiating.

Burial will follow at Faith Builders Christian Center Church Cemetery Stedman, NC.
