Charles Edward Mount III

Charles Edward Mount III, age 48, of Four Oaks passed away August 10, 2017 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 5, 1969 in Charleston, West Virginia the son of the late Charles E. Mount II and Dorothy Mount. He is also preceded in death by his grandson, Justin and brother, Gregg Mount. Charles loved to spend time with his family, he was devoted to his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed taking them fishing, and watching wrestling with them. Charles worked in construction framing homes, he was a hard-working man who enjoyed his trade. He enjoyed listening to country music, especially Brooks and Dunn on the radio and driving or working on his truck Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 27 years, Susan Moran Mount; sons, Robert, Matthew and Christopher, daughters, Donna and Amy: granddaughters, Avery , Hartlyn, Gracie, Katlyn and Jalei ; grandsons, Jason, Jadon, Dominic and Jacob; sisters, Sue Maddox, Teresa Le, Candy Suydam and Dorothy Mount; and numerous other loving family and friends.
