Betty Lee Ivey

She was born on August 1, 1943 in Caryville, FL to the late Razy Lee Outler and Mildred Lee Green Outler.

Betty retired from Morganite Manufacturing and Alphin Brothers.

Her husband, Robert Ivey, Sr.; a son, Robert Ivey, Jr.; a granddaughter, Nancy Renee Hodge; and several siblings preceded her in death.

Daughters, Janice Lee Darnell, of Dunn, NC and Joyce Lena Johnson (Junior), of Dunn, NC; a daughter-in-law, Jenifer Ivey, of Dunn, NC; five grandchildren, Anthony Scott Chosewood, Brandon Keith Shifflett, Jeremey Allen Shifflett, Josh Taylor Ivey, and Matthew Aaron Ivey; four great-grandchildren survives her.

Two Sisters Linda Gail Turner, of Collins, GA, and Lessie Barron, of Collins, GA; a brother Wayne Outler (Ann), of Sandersvillle, GA, also survive her.

Family and friends will gather on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Sansom Community Church.

A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Sansom Community Church.
