Alisha Hall Smith, age 43 of Fayetteville, died on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville.

Alisha was born on December 3, 1976 in Lakeland, Florida the daughter of the late J.C. Hall and Betty McCausley Hall and is preceded in death by a son, Aaron Lane.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 2:30 pm at Memorial Cemetery.

She is survived by: her life-long partner: Charles Finney of the home.

Daughter: Crystal Smith of the home.

Brother: Chris Hall & (wife) Christina of Fayetteville, NC

The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home in Dunn, NC

In Lieu of Flowers Memorials may be made to Cromartie-Miller Funerals and Cremations, 401 West Cumberland St. Dunn, NC 28334
