Joyce C. Young

Young, Joyce, of Dunedin, Florida, passed peacefully on July 30, 2014 at the age of 75 surrounded by loved ones. Joyce is survived by her husband Carl, who was her childhood sweetheart. Joyce was a 1957 graduate of R.W. Traip Academy in Kittery, Maine. Both Joyce and Carl moved to Dunedin from Kittery. Beloved mother of Valarie, Scott, Thomas and Daniel. Joyce is also survived by three brothers, eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Joyce was an active member at Faith Lutheran Church in Dunedin, where she was a choir member. Joyce was also an avid member of a miniature club, a bunko group and enjoyed sewing and quilting. Joyce enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held with family and friends on Saturday, August 9th at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 1620 Pinehurst Road, Dunedin, FL 34698.
