With saddened hearts and wonderful memories, we announce the sudden passing of Robert Joseph Legare in his 69th year, on February 18, 2010. He will be deeply missed by his wife Jane, and his three sons Craig (Heather), Chris (Shelley), and Scott (Roni). Devoted Papa to his adoring grandchildren Katrina, Sophie, Thomas and Nolan. Survived by his siblings Cece Schreiber, Roger Legare and Michael Legare. Predeceased by his brother Gerry. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, and will be missed by his four legged shadow, Meeu. Bob worked at Stelco for 38 years and was a dedicated employee of the Blue Cross Animal Hospital for 50 years. Come celebrate Bob’s life at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 195 King Street West, Dundas on Tuesday, February 23rd from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will take place at Canadian Martyrs Catholic Church, 38 Emerson Street, Hamilton on Wednesday, February 24th at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
